I'm Mona: sports scientist, yoga and pilates teacher, relaxation trainer, clay and ceramics lover and banana bread maniac.
Here at au soleil, my passions and ideas have a place and can go out into the world.
Where does the name au soleil come from?
Au soleil is French and means 'in the sun'. For me, it means warmth, strength, brightness, blossoming nature and radiant people. For me, it symbolizes a life full of energy, security, hope and confidence.
In short, this is my favorite place to be: in the sun - au soleil
