One of my most important companions in life is my yoga mat, so every time I get on the mat I can decide anew what my body and mind need!

Ashtanga Yoga
With Ashtanga yoga, I love the powerful yet light physical practice. I love the steady rushing breath, which is the foundation of the yoga practice. I love finding the balance between calm and challenge, connecting body and mind and immersing myself in moving meditation guided by the breath.
