Service Description

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, powerful style of yoga for anyone who likes to move. The asanas, which are synchronized with the breath, are practiced in a set sequence and combined with elements of movement. Thanks to the clear sequence of postures, your mind can stay in the moment and a moving meditation guided by the breath can develop. This yoga practice can be very intense and sweat-inducing, but it doesn't have to be. The aim of Ashtanga yoga is to coordinate movement and breath, to find a balance between rest and challenge and thus to create a connection between body and mind. All levels welcome, as each asana can be practiced in different variations.
