Service Description

Pilates is a holistic training method that aims to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and sharpen body awareness. The focus is on precise movement sequences controlled by conscious breathing, which lead to improved posture and more stability in the deep muscles. All levels welcome, as each exercise can be practiced at different levels of difficulty.

Please let me know if you wish to cancel or change your booking. Cancellations are possible up to 12 hours before the start of the course and rebookings up to 1 hour before the start of the course.
